Reductil.

Reductil (sibutramine) can be taken by people diagnosed with obesity. It's recommended for those with body mass index over 27. This drug is not supposed to be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as people with a history of drug addiction and those currently using MAO inhibitors – such as tranylcypromine, isocarboxazid, phenelzine, or selegiline. You will need to make sure at least 14 days pass from the moment you last took a dose of your MAO inhibitor, as otherwise very dangerous interactions are possible. Do not combine Reductil with any other medications you are using at the moment before discussing this with your health care provider. You will need to report the following ones: migraine headache medicines, tryptophan, antidepressants, narcotic pain medications, ergot medicines, and lithium, as well as any vitamins and herbal supplements. Make sure you report any strange and serious side effects to your doctor right away, especially vomiting, blurred vision, blood in your urine, headache, confusion, joint pain, fast or pounding heartbeat, sweating, stiff muscles, anxiety, severe headache, easy bruising or bleeding, as thy can mean your treatment is not going well and some changes need to be made to it.
